**CANCELLATION POLICY**

8.1 The artwork conversion and setup process starts immediately after custom orders are placed. Orders may only be canceled within 72 hours of an order being placed. Canceled orders will still be charged a $50 artwork setup fee in the event that time was spent converting artwork. Canceled orders may also be subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover the time and materials of processing the order.
